Group FitnessThe JCA aerobics department’s mission is to provide a safe, positive and healthy environment while focusing on a healthy lifestyle through a variety of classes. From spinning to yoga and yogilates to Pilates or cardio express our popular group fitness classes are designed for today's fitness needs. Starting with a good warm up our fitness instructors can take you from strengthen and tone for beginners to total body conditioning and non-stop strength training for advanced participants, it's all up to you! |
