Group FitnessThe JCA group fitness mission is to provide a safe, effective, and positive environment while focusing on a healthy lifestyle through a variety of classes. We offer over 50 FREE group fitness classes on our JCA weekly group fitness schedule. FREE Kid Kare is provided during most group fitness classes, check the Kid Kare page for their hours. JCA group fitness instructors are all certified through various nationally recognized organizations and they attend workshops and conventions for continuing education throughout the year. They teach to all levels in each class and show modifications to help you get started or to make it more difficult for our more experienced members. Most of our classes are held in Group Fitness Studio A; cycle classes are held in Group Fitness Studio B; aqua classes are held in the indoor pool; and our Sit and Get Fit classes are held in the Mature Adult Lounge, Meeting Room C.
