Personal Trainers
Beginning an exercise program is a wonderful gift to yourself for improving your quality of life, increasing your energy, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. A JCA personal trainer can help you set goals, keep you motivated, and set up a complete program suited to your individual needs and more. The JCA Personal Trainers are all nationally certified personal trainers and most have a BS degree or higher in exercise science or a related field. We keep our certifications current by attending continuing education courses throughout the year. Check out the personal trainer’s bio page for a more in-depth view of each JCA trainer.
Training can be accomplished many different ways: multiple times per week, once a week, every other week, once a month, or less depending on your budget, available time, and self motivation. To get started, you should book no less than 3 sessions with a trainer, which also provides you a price break as shown below.
Basic Personal Training Fees:
$50 per session when purchased in a package of three or more sessions
$55 per session when one or two are purchased at a time
$30 per 30-minute session
$75 per session for Tandem Training (two members with one trainer) when one or two are purchased at a time
$65 per session for Tandem Training when purchased in a package of three or more sessions
Group Personal Training:
$20 per hour per person (3 to 5 members with one trainer; 3 session minimum required)
Pilates Reformer Training Fees:
$40 per 30-minute session
$65 per one-hour session
$60 per one-hour session (when you buy three or more)
Nutrition Counseling Fees:
$75 per one-hour initial consultation
$45 per 30-minute follow-up session
$25 per hour per person (3 to 5 members in a group setting)
