Mature Adults

Get involved and stay active with our Mature Adult Programs. The JCA offers a wide array of activities ranging from outings at the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra to our popular taste and tour day trips.

Whether we are exploring local museums or nature preserves, it is always a great way to spend time with your friends and make some new ones.  Theater outings at the Times-Union Center and Alhambra  Dinner Theater are quite entertaining. 

The JCA hosts the quarterly  AARP Mature Driving Classes and the popular JCA Cafe monthly series, which offers engaging speakers on topics important to mature adults along with inexpensive and nutritious lunches.

Transportation is provided for off-site activities. On-site  activities are easily accessible and scheduled during the days, evenings, and weekends. The Upper Crust Club is a great opportunity for the 65 and over members to meet others in a light, social environment to enjoy a delicious brunch and entertainment.

Enjoy all of these activities and games such as Bridge, Mah Jong, Rummy Q, or Scrabble.  At the JCA, we offer these Mature Adult  programs to keep you involved and active.  At the JCA, we are here  for you and your interests.
